Trainee Program Finance Department – Ústí nad Labem

RWE ČR, one of Europe’s leading electricity and gas companies, is currently looking for a talented graduate to join the RWE GasNet finance department.

About the trainee program:
Trainee program is designed for 18 months with a possible job offer at the end. It is a full time position. Trainee participates on day-to-day activities of the department and is introduced into all processes within the field. Trainee will experience rotation to get understand the business needs and the core of finance management in the multinational company. Trainee is a direct report to the RWE GasNet CFO who gives him/her development feedback on his/her performance. Other managers will participate on the trainee’s development as mentors.

We expect:

Economics University Degree – Finance line of study preferred (a student just about to graduate or graduate - max. 2 years after graduation)
Interest in corporate finance, controlling, risk controlling, accounting
Very good PC skills (MS Office)
Strong analytical and numerical thinking
Open-minded, decisive and persistent
Ability to work independently, to prioritize and meet deadlines
Strong adherence to teamwork
Strong communication skills
Strong motivation to learn and enter on carrier in finance
Fluent English, both written and spoken
German is a plus
Work experience would be an advantage
Willingness to live and work temporarily in Ostrava or Brno
